The Samsung Galaxy S III will also expect to come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 1 GB of RAM and 4.6 inch Super Amoled plus HD display with 1280X720 pixels resolution.
According to the report, the handset may come with an improved GPU (graphics processing unit) which will perform five times better than the earlier Mali graphics processor.
